Besides riding bmx, he rides his fixed gear to the bar, hangs out, paints, makes art, and likes to party.
Likes burritos and beer and more beer.

Strike to NYC

Rime in Brooklyn! My patna Susan Boyle just opened this spot on 157 Smith st. All I need to say is Super Clean! Dope spot, go check that out and look for that CERBAE, cuz they got it.

That's Mary J behind the dj booth.. we stopped by to support the album listening party. She was blowing! Joe kicked me in the nutz and i still couldn't hit those notes, solid singer right there!

We had to swing by Jay Z's spot 40/40, was hoping to watch that 49ers game! The spot was clean, each area you sat in had individual flat screens and you could pick witch game you wanted to watch. Had some good food and some cold ones... next time we out we renting out one of those suites.. real saucy.. they got 200yr old cognac ready to pop in a glass booth.. i think its $500/shot...we'll stick to the $8 beer.

Joe wasn't ready for the snow, notice the mash up shorts he's sporting... woke up and a blizzard had hit us! Glad we back in CALI! yeeee...

BULLY

Last weekend I took some photos for a painting I'm about to do. My friend Josh over at Good Neighbor Bullies brought over a few of his American Bully Terriers. These dogs were beautiful with really mellow temperaments. Super sweet dogs all around. Thanks to Mike, Ana, and Deondre from 80's Baby Clothing
for coming by. Lil' D was quite the model.

Barrington Levy is a Reggae legend, Kontiki brings one of the best live perfomances you can see, and J Boog is one of the hottest new artists I've heard in a minute! We'll be in the building giving away some gear to the peoples, come grab a tee!

talent in the building..

I was going through my boy L's last album and I thought I should put a couple of you up on game. If you want to listen to some good music that is not over saturated with industry presence and hype.. cop this album and his first one too... His artist name is L matik or lil L.. it's good mobb music, he blends good beats, social consiousness, and some street swag all into the mix. One of East Palo Alto's finest!

Was reading the end of L's shout out'z and thank u'$, Can't forget about some of our boys that are gone in this world but motivate and inspire us everyday! Big Ed, Cricket, Max, and Lue... i know everybody has some love ones that have passed but give us strength when times are hard, love your peoples while we all here! yeeee!

Takashi Murakami

Better late than never, I thought this one would be worth it.
Went to the Geffen at MOCA last weekend for the Takashi Murakami opening. I must say I was blown away. The show was truly inspiring. Time to step up my game! If your in the LA area I highly suggest you take the time to check the show out. Show runs to Feb 11, 2008.
Please pardon the lack of photos. I was stopped immediately from taking pictures by security. I guess I wasn't slick enough.

I almost forgot it was Halloween weekend. For a minute I thought I was just surrounded by a bunch of weird art people.

DJ KRUSH was pounding out some beats.
The line was insane to get into the exhibit. Seemed more like a theme park than an art show. It went a lot quicker than expected.

Murakami recently collaborated with Kanye West to do some album art. Look out for his new Video "Good Morning" also done by Mr. Murakami. Dude is a man of many trades.

Murakami VS Louis Vuitton

Ended the night with some edamame and a bud at Mr. Ramen.
